I sent a DMCA claim to the email nearly 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any kind of response back. I’ve tried contacting support to ask this question but haven’t gotten any kind of response and it’s been close to a week. Pretty frustrated right now, does anyone know if this email is active still?

If you followed the proper procedure submitting your DMCA claim and didn’t get a response, a good next step would be a follow up email, cc’d to legal@roblox, with stronger wording, like, “Recall that under 17 U.S. Code § 512 (c)(1), Roblox as a service provider is only exempt from liability for infringing my copyright if you respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is infringing my intellectual property rights.”
