Is the DevForum made of a forum template?

I recently just found this site: https://www.airlinepilot.life/
It’s like a forum for pilots.

And pretty much everything but the color scheme and pictures are the same ad the Roblox DevForum.

The mechanics, the effects, the UI designs.

So I was wondering, is the DevForum made off a popular forum template?

The roblox dev forum uses discourse which is a popular forum posting site where companies can easily manage their own forum with prebuilt options.

I have also seen a blender forum looking exactly like this devforum just the names changed.

Discourse is open source software, it’s not just a hosting provider. Roblox manages their own forum deployment, they don’t have a hosting plan with Discourse’s maintainer.
