Is the first DevEx supposed to take 51+ days?

Hi all,

I submitted my first devex on October 14th. After a week I got my tipalti invite, then a day later they asked me about my address, and I responded.

Now it’s been weeks since I responded and still nothing. I opened a new ticket a week ago but they ignored that too. I’m at a loss right now, what do I do?

It is still pending too, not rejected. If my info was wrong they would’ve rejected me, right?

I’ve heard that the devex requests are being a bit slow at the moment, so it may just be taking a while for them to get through all requests (although 26+ days is quite a while). I assume you meant that you emailed devex@roblox.com, when you said that you opened a new ticket?

Did you complete all of the forms in tipalti?

Yes, everything is completed.
The thing is, if my info was somehow wrong it would get rejected for “incomplete tipalti registration” or something but I wasn’t even rejected yet

Update: It has now been 30 days and still nothing. No e-mail, not rejected, not submitted on the portal. Just pending.

just wait for rblx to handle the 10 k + requests before you. I think the first one will take a while, but after it will be easier to run

Yeah I know that there’s a lot of people devexing. But my friend’s devex last week took 5 days to process, and I know this is my first one but it’s still pending after 32 days which seems insane

Yes. Your first DevEx will usually take significantly longer than your first, don’t worry about it.

Kind of at a loss now. My tickets are being ignored and it has been pending for 51 days. Wonder if they could’ve blacklisted me from it for some unknown reason

Hi, yes. after like 56 days they responded to my original ticket on December 10th (saying thank you for confirming your address) and I got my money on December 18th.

If anyone else in the future sees this and is also stuck, be patient. The system is complete garbage but eventually Roblox does respond and handle your DevEx request (after 2 months)!
