It’s quite evil I know. If you get caught a second time with it in your game it’s a termination. Even if your game is private/you forgot it was there.
Roblox determines if you have UTG because they have auto moderation for studio games. I’m pretty sure it was originally made to get rid of those sexual games, which worked, but now they also use it to detect UTG.
The only thing I can think of is that Roblox might accidentally remove non-UTG models that look like UTG from auto moderation as mentioned before, so they rather ban and then you can send in an appeal and make things right. It’s silly but look at it from Roblox’s perspective, they rather accidentally ban someone than accidentally permanently delete their game/assets.
Well I just received a 7 ban for remaking one, wish I had known the outcome beforehand. What I don’t understand is how it’s something you can get in free models if it’s against the rules and secondly, I don’t understand how they detect it. I wish Roblox was more clear with this because it’s a messy situation that isn’t clear and is causing problems to developers. And hopefully my ability to devex isn’t ruined because of this.
If you can not be upset that your account got banned or something. But Id not recommend this due to it having inappropriate stuff and not being able to devex which is that’s how you get your food as a dev

They accepted my dev ex request. Thankfully this idiotic UTG didn’t cost me my income, not sure if everyone still gets accepted but for those who have doubt, I hope this reassures you.
my brother was just banned for inserting it into a game we were working on together…
we didnt even know it was “discriminatory,” but there was no warning, no heads-up, just an instant 7-day ban.
it’s a bit hyprocritical that youtubers like flamingo can go use the same scripts and be completely fine, while we don’t even get a chance to do anything before being banned, and possibly even terminated. a warning would suffice…
odd, one of my siblings just got their account banned for 7 days because of adding the Ultimate Trolling GUI in their game, so it might not be the greatest thing to use.

I think its just because roblox does not like anything to do with things that could be bad or could get them sued (sorry i just realized that your comment was old)
The reason those games weren’t banned is because they uploaded It to roblox library and call it using require() instead of inserting it into the game directly
