You can’t require a model. You can require a module though. Why do you need to do it like this anyway? The closest you can get is InsertService:LoadAsset

local InsertService = game:GetService("InsertService")
local nameTag = InsertService:LoadAsset(6288421103)
nameTag.Parent = game.ReplicatedStorage
?
