My friend doesn’t know his password and he is an Xbox only user. He wants to sign in on other Xbox’s or on computer but he can’t.
I don’t know a lot about Roblox on consoles but can’t he press “forgot password”?

If he has bought Roblox directly from the site, he might be able to contact Roblox support to reset his password, but if not there is nothing they can do.
Check if he plays on mobile and used his password and saved it. That way he can view his password on his iPhone iPad or android if not. Ask him if he could use his email even if it’s not connected
