Is there a way to change the transform orientation

Like in Blender:

It changes the direction of the arrows

For example:

I put the red arrows to show where I want to move the blocks, is there a way to do that?

Try using the hotkey Ctrl + L to switch the move tool from local to global and vice versa, if that’s what you’re looking for.

You could also use an external plugin with more building tools such as F3X.
