Is there a way to disable UI Gradient influence on Text Buttons?

So I have a button in my GUI that has a gradient background and text on it that I want it to be white. However, the gradient in the backround seems to be influencing the text color as shown in the video below, thus making white text almost invisible. Is there a way to separate those elements and keep them independent from each other?

Not possible sorry.

However if you add a Textlabel then put 1,1 on the scale factor it should cover it over and have a separate look.
