Basically what the title says , i want to implement some kind of gambling thing in my game and im wondering if i can do it without violating tos.
im thinking that with a currency which you cant buy with robux/real moeny it is fine?

It is fine as long as you can’t buy the currency that you gamble with for Robux in any way. This means the currency you gamble with must be one hundred percent earnable in game without any chance of buying it with Robux. The reason why you can’t gamble with currency bought with Robux is because Robux can be bought with real life money.
This is what the community rules say about gambling:
Do not implement any gambling or casino style games that involve real money in any way. This includes Robux, as Robux can be purchased for real money. Games should also be fair and not be skewed in the developer’s favor .
Dangerous, unethical and illegal activities. Not only do we not allow these activities, we do not allow anyone discussing them or encouraging others to discuss (or take) such actions, including:
- Gambling with Robux or real money;

Yep that seems fine as long as it just in game currency i’ve seen plenty of card games on this site poker etc that are allowed because they follow that rule.
Mhm. However, I will caution you to not make this concept the centerpiece of your game(Unless your entire game is a casino-type game where you start with x amount and earn more as you play more casino games). This is a children’s platform, so keep that in mind when developing game features.
It is a platform which spans in age group, having ideas like this will indeed attract possible teenagers rather then young children, you still have to remember that the platform does not just consist of young players.
