maybe you can do that with the sci-fi font or the code font (if you using studio for make that) for neon you can use point light and set the bright to 3-4
no, i want it realist, sci fi font isnt made for that, it looks bad for this 
so maybe use mesh? you want to script this?

You could use blender. This probably could be done in studio, but it wouldn’t be as realistic.
you cant script the countdown with text mesh…
i just wanna know how to transform text to mesh or model
oh but maybe you can script the countdown by make 0-9 text mesh and change that with the script

so you can use blender from download here: 2.80 — blender.org and for the font you can download from here: DS-Digital Font | dafont.com tip for make script that can change the text from mesh just made some meshes of numbers 0-9 and thats all. if you no want use mesh or this text type so i am no think that there is any way for make that.
