if i made some achivement in my game that gives a badge if someone was caught using a bug to obtain the badge is there a way to give the game staff ability to remove the badge?

No. You can’t unless they remove it from their inventory by theirselves, or you delete the entire badge and remake it (which would remove it from everyone).
