As you know, the Dragger Instance is pretty limited and very old, as it only has a forced one stud increment, and its old and probably will be deprecated soon.
I would like to know if theres any replacements for the Dragger Instance available, that hopefully has the ability to change the stud increment whilst having all of the features of the Dragger instance available. (Axis rotations, it automatically orientating itself to the surface your placing, and keeping it from intersecting other parts.)
I have looked for solutions on the forum and tried to make my own Dragger system, but there was a lack of any solutions and the solutions I did find, didn’t have what I wanted, and the solution I tried to make lacked all of the features I wanted and I couldn’t find any information on how to replicate those features.
So, is there a way to replace the Dragger instance whilst keeping all of its features intact, as well as letting me change the stud increment?
You might have to make your own custom made one. Are you looking to have it similar to the studio movement system? If yes then I have something you might be able to use.
Alrighty then, this was something I made really quick to experiment a few years ago that I was gonna do something with but I’ve been busy working on other things so I haven’t worked on it for a wee while.
This contains, movement, rotation and size. This may not be what you’re looking for and I’m not sure if you can blacklist (you maybe able to make a custom dragger somehow) a certain axis or not.
