Is there any source for me to learn VFX?

I’m trying to learn how to create beautiful VFX and effects for my anime styled game. My goal is to do effects like this:

However I can’t find any source that can teach me to make them. If you can please help me and I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for reading!

The creator of these vfx has open source. It’s called “Yuruzuu’s Open Source VFX”. You can take a look at that and take some notes basing on that.
