Is there any way i can make this light go through glasses

ok so im making a flashlight, and i want it to go through glass (with changing its color ofc)

but it doesnt go through the glass

the only way is to make it cast shadows off

but it doesnt change colors

The only way to make the colors change without a script is by changing the color of the spotlight directly.
