Is there any way I can recover an unfinished blender file after my computer crashed?

Hi. Im TheDinoGamer1225 and I do modeling on Roblox. So I recently was making a model for my roblox game, and my computer crashed. I didn’t expect this to happen as it rarely ever does, and I didn’t get a chance to save it. Is there any way I can recover the file? I spent a lot of time on this model, and restarting it is hard for me. If someone can help me to find a way I can recover it, I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Blender has auto save files. Open up blender again and check the auto saves.

Edit: to be more specific, go to File > Recover
