So I am trying to sell some UGC, i wasn’t aware that you need to buy 1000 or 2200 premium.
Am I stuck with 500 for a whole month? or can I cancel it and get the 1000 premium sooner?

No, you can’t just upgrade to it. You will have to wait for your previous subscription to end and then get the upgraded one.
