Is there any way to change orientation indicator without changing it's cframe?

I need to change the indicator so it looks -90 degress, pivot doesn’t work so i’m lost. I have blender but i can’t download the model as it ain’t mine, so what do i do?

As far as I know, there isn’t any way to change the front face of a part. The only way I know of is to rotate the mesh itself in Blender, unfortunately.
