Is there any way to disable this icon next to the Roblox icon? I’ve seen almost every game I play do this.

In the first image you posted, you’ve got that topbar beta feature enabled. To my knowledge, at this point in time there’s no way to disable it.
Switching back to the old topbar, you should be able to disable the buttons once again.
