Is there any way to make this effect in blender and export it roblox studio?

Hey, so I’m interested in make some sort of fluid kind of effect like the the flow of the paint and the splashing, could I maybe make this using an armature?

That seems advanced but you could probably achieve this with subdivision and texturing in Blender. I’d recommend duplicating and flipping the faces for the outline effect.

Its a solid color block with randomized lighter outlines it seems doable simple even

Now that you mention it yeah. Get a blob mesh and a sprite sheet (or even a beam) and make it look like its flowing.
