Is there anyway I can make a fortnite burger or will that get my game deleted?

I was wondering if I could rip the “Durr Burger” from the fortnite game without my game being deleted? Is that possible?

Depends on how you use it, I think you can use the Durr Burger but try to change the name or making the detail a bit different, unless you making another battle royale style game with similar assets to fortnite, then no you can’t use it.
