Is there anyway to implement robux donation to another player in game?

Could anyone clear up my confusion by giving me a reason why they are able to do this?

I’m pretty sure the robux still goes to the player who owns the developer product. The developers just get like a 10% commission. There’s no special transferring of robux happening.
