Is there code to make a plugin tab like this?

I saw the archimedes plugin and the UI looks like this:

It looks exactly like the properties tab in studio and I was wondering if the creator of archimedes made it like this on purpose or if theres actually something with roblox that lets u make UI like that.

These are called DockWidgetPluginGuis.

Manual, but Roblox provides you with a style guide for making your own menus look like the built-in menus.
