Is there someone I can talk to directly to see if a thing I made is not against TOS?

I made something for my game, but I want to know if it is not against TOS. I think I’ve seen such things in games before, but I don’t want to risk getting my game deleted.

Can you take a screenshot of the object or whatever you made for your game and upload it here? I want to see if it could potentially break the terms or not. If I can’t find an answer to that, MAYBE go to Support to find your answer.

I don’t think that it would break the TOS. If it would be against it, then the thumbnail for the game “Weight Lifting Simulator” wouldn’t be allowed as well, but it is.

That’s not necessarily true. You can’t accurately use another game as a definitive stance on what is and isn’t allowed. Weight Lifting Simulator’s thumbnail is a completely different circumstance to the model being made and that thumbnail being up doesn’t imply that it’s allowed.

If you rely on the “X does it, so it should be fine” justification, what happens if X is breaking the rules? You’ve then followed in their footsteps and are also breaking the rules. Each scenario is dealt with on a case-by-case basis: try staying away from the “others do it” justification.

@opticthunder If you want an official response, you can try contacting support. In any case though, your model doesn’t look inappropriate, it’s just highly realistic. The above comment sums up my thoughts on this as well.

I just thought that since that game has some aspects of the models that he has created, and the game has been up for a long time and Roblox never really did anything against it, I thought that it would be fine if he did the same. I’m sorry if I was wrong in a way.
