Is there still a film making plugin?

I have an upcoming game and I wanted to make a teaser video out of it. I have been using this Cutscene Editor plugin back then but now its broken. I wonder if anyone know an alternative tool for filming.

I know there is Developer Cameras (Shift + P) but it doesn’t really fit in the work.

(I don’t know if film making falls into Art Design category. Apologies.)
