So I’ve been working on a TLOU inspired game and I finally decided to make my own zombie model as I didn’t want to copy and paste the design of the clickers onto Roblox. My friends like it but I also need feedback from people who haven’t seen the process from start to finish before.
Here it is (just as a warning it is a little disgusting):
Even if you like it and you don’t have any feedback, tell me what is good about it! This is my first textured model I’ve made so far and I’d say it is a great start!
hahaha oh man. That’s great and gruesome. Good detail. I like the facial deformation making its face appear to be decaying, and the sores and swelling adds to it. Almost like it’s showing a piece of what happened to this poor fellow before he was a zombie.
I get what you mean, I found that changing his skin to be more lively or colourful made it look to normal.
I even tried the normal green color iconic for most zombie games nowadays but found that to be a little to boring and unnatural for the vibe I was going for.
Although thanks for the feedback @Crazedbrick1 : ) I really appreciate it!
That I will do! maybe not the swelling of the virus/fungi but the sores will be spread throughout the body, do you have any specific wishes for the body as a whole?
so, happy to hear you like it! To answer some of your questions, the zombie head took me around 1 month to make as I was and still am juggling working on finishing that third person camera system (which I’ll be soon updating you all about) and the map for the game.
But to tell you when the game will be finished is difficult, maybe a year or two given the size of the story/project
