You can ask people to send you messages via Roblox.
Uhhh well how do I do that? 
Use a SurfaceGui and TextLabels in your game world in a place regularly visited by the players or the spawn, saying something like “If you have suggestions for my game, visit my profile and send me a message with your suggestion!”

People can send you Direct Messages from your Roblox profile, like email but in Roblox.
