Okay, so I was trying to make a Guy Fieri character and I couldn’t find a beard. I found one but I would have to re-color the thing. I was wondering if modifying Roblox’s assets and uploading them to Roblox is against tos.

Yes, that is alright. All Roblox created assets on the site or in the toolbox are free to use in your games.

If you modify it, yes you would be allowed to. If you are selling the modified asset, then I would suggest not to.

Usually if you have to ask if something is against TOS chances are it is.
However I don’t really see anything wrong with this. Nothing of this is stated in the TOS and it isn’t NSFL or anything that is related to more mature audiences.
