send some air strikes to his house, most logical solution
but no that’s not allowed, sounds like he had you do all that work for nothing

Sue him for everything your legally allowed to sue him for.
I’d most definitely contact a lawyer it’s possible for this to be a crime
I was stripped of my roles last night, and banned from the server today, when I asked for reasoning he blocked me, however his developers know it is false, the owner is known for scamming people and doing false giveaways that never happen
Why did you work for them?
That said, you said you have friends on the server still? Have them tell him that you’re considering legal action / a lawsuit. And make sure you talk to a lawyer.
Did you know this before working for them?
Next time you should get paid first before handing over work or starting.
In total I did around 14 hours of work, lots of building, fixing the game, I had to make him a new discord server for free, and got nothing for it
Alr def take legal action. Start looking into lawyers But im not joking though.
No I didn’t, when I became a developer I started recieving DMs prior to me being fired, when I asked about it he claimed it was false, however people do have screenshots of this guy scamming him, I cannot help because I have been blocked
Okay, we have more than enough info at this point, you have a plainly obvious case to sue. Talk to a lawyer, and tell the lawyer EVERYTHING (including what you revealed in this thread). Your case is so good there’s a chance a lawyer might even help you for free (but be aware it may not be, still the threat should be enough to get him to pay up).
Would I be able to? I am 14 however the owner I believe said he is around 17-20
Get your parents’ help in that case. Don’t worry about being “too young” to do anything, a 12 year old sued Roblox corporation once.
Sure! You have to be 18+ to do it on your own, but if you are younger, you just need a certified attorney.
Show this to your lawyer. Also, that clown discord avatar decoration is immaculately fitting given how screwed he’ll be if this goes to court.
What is his discord? I have somethings to tell him…
Yes it is, I can’t say anything because he’s blocked me B45n
A lawyer can help with that. (Seriously, talk to a lawyer, get your parents’ help if you need it)
I’ll be devils advocate, which I don’t inherently like doing- but I’ll be honest, don’t get your hopes up.
This happens all the time, and unless you have formed a legally binding contract in which includes work specifications, you will not get anywhere.
For all of those in which are recommending you take legal action, the reality is- for many reasons he cannot. He never signed an employment or legally binding commissioner based contract. Furthermore, he has no valid name to actually sue, or pursue.
You have no basis for legal action. You don’t have the “state” or location for that matter of the person who allegedly scammed you. You don’t have a name to work off of, you don’t even have a country.
You got done in, it sucks, but if anything it’s a learning experience.
Lawyers are not free. Ever. And OP does take this to court it’d probably cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
They do if they believe they have a high chance (like, rock-solid case high) of getting all the fees from the other party involved. It’s just that the other party is the one paying instead
