I Would be carful MANY Devs for example hazem got banned for uploading an item with the robux logo on it, He got unbanned. So he tried to upload load it again, And guess what got banned again, So I would not risk it you could just get rid of the robux icon.

I dont have UGC Access so I might not be the best on the topic but you could just reupload the item? Without the robux logo it seems its not onsale yet, Or did you have to pay to put that there

I have no idea I assume not roblox needs to actually moderate because I dont want to get banned
