A lot of Roblox game’s have handles / links to their Discords, Twitter, and etc. I don’t really know if Roblox moderates it, but you can most likely do the same without you getting in trouble.
It is against the rules but Roblox really doesn’t care that much about these small offences.
Okay, but why does the screenshot look so low resolution and AI generated? 
It doesn’t look AI-generated, it looks more like one of those funny attempts of rendering stuff in the Roblox engine itself by spamming rays from the user camera.
