What if I had my Age Restriction set to 13+?
According to that, moderate crude humor is allowed, which I think this falls under.

As far as I am aware, no, this is not allowed
if u put it in 17+ then it would be fine but maybe if u put a box or a barrel around the waist maybe u would be fine

I’d say this is a bit risky, and probably would not be allowed even under 17+ circumstances. I wouldn’t recommend you pixelate the characters “down-there” area, as it could have some connotations that moderation could pick up on.
