Hello I added blood to my game, and I’m not sure if this is too much blood for 13+ players.

Considering I’ve seen 13+ games with literal dismemberment and partially destroyed heads, yeah, you’re very safe. lol
I’d only get concerned if it starts looking hyper realistic or “traumatic” to look at.
You could have exploding heads or damaged body parts if the injuries themselves don’t look very realistic.
Cartoony gore is often the safe way to go if you want to take that route.
Take a look at Combat Warriors for example.
Just has a bone sticking out of your shoulder if you lose your arm which is pretty cartoony and not that realistic so it’s rated 13+.

Completely fine, I’ve seen dozens of games with more gore than that.
