Is this camera mode a new feature?

I was testing a game me and my friend are working on when I clicked CNTRL+SHIFT+F5 and my camera just unlocked from my character and I could fly. It also happened on my other games. Can someone link where ROBLOX announced this feature and is this feature new or old? I wasn’t in studio, I was in roblox

Yes. Is there anyways to remove this, as it would add an unfair advantage in the game I am making.

Only developers of the game can use that feature and if you want to disable it for developers as well you can just call :Destroy() on the ScreenGui containing it
