   I want to morph a player into Goku. Are you allowed to do that? Or is it considered Copyrighting? What if I were just to make the goku character a statue to show off for looks?

   I have seen many games with morphs of anime character The biggest one being blox fruits with their leopard fruit

yes it’s copyrighted and if the owners wanted to they could dmca strike it literally whenever if you have it in your game, i’d avoid using it
