In my game, I made it so if you do something it would jumpscare you with a picture of Walter White and plays the Breaking Bad theme song (only for 3-5 seconds). But I removed it since it I was afraid I would be banned for copyright, but I just wanna clarify, is it copyright?

Yes, the game would likely be taken down for copyright or be taken down by the creators of Breaking Bad similarly to how some anime games have apparently been taken down or a few years ago when the game Skyblock was shut down and had to be re-branded as Islands.
However, I think it is more likely that the audio would be taken down instead of the whole game.
