Should be fine. If you’re concerned about any political issues, it’s a flag dating back to the American Revolution (the Gadsden flag in particular, which yours is a parody of). The parody here doesn’t seem to be mocking any particular significant historical event or making light of tragic incidents (you’d be hard pressed to find an American who isn’t at the very least content with the American Revolution anyways…)
Modern usage of the flag, such as its association with right-wing ideals (a major source of tension in American politics at this moment) could cause issues, but if you use it in its correct historical context, it shouldn’t be an issue. Considering older war games are typically permitted on ROBLOX, this shouldn’t cause you any problems. Of course, if you’re concerned, don’t upload it.

It’s a reference to the US governments wrongful murder of Peanut the squirrel by US authorities a couple days back.
