Is this idea for my game against Roblox Terms of Use?

Ive been having an idea where players can list their virtual skins they unboxed (depending on rarity) for robux, and whoever buys their skins gets the skin and the person who has the skin on sale gets a robux payout. its similar to Starving Artists, but I’m not sure if my idea of paying out is against Roblox Terms of Use.

EDIT
The feature idea is the same as how people buy paintings inside “Starving Artists”, but players can sell their skins that they unbox ingame for robux for other people to buy, with a max of 10,000 robux being the price ceiling.

Players can earn crate keys, aka gems via burning structures down ingame. There are options to buy gems via robux, but it isn’t the primary way to gain gems.

I should also point out this is done through donations via shirts, t-shirts, pants, gamepasses, etc.

Any answers or questions?

You should probably edit the title and post to say “against Roblox Terms of Use”
TOS stands for Terms of Service and isn’t the name they actually use.

Google their rules to be sure you’re not even close to meeting any of the criteria for being against the rules.

I’d be very careful about doing this.
How are the skins purchased in game? Is it with in-game money, or with Robux?
Basically you are creating a system that’s probably against their Terms of Use.

This is one of the most dumb posts I’ve seen in a while. This is what black markets does. Of course it’s against TOS.

in game money, i should edit this. thanks for pointing this out.

Wow, as @HijackedSystem said that seems a little against the Roblox Terms of Use.

  • Play game.
  • Get game ‘money’.
  • Sell items bought with game money to other players for Robux using ‘cheat’ ways of paying players and in the course of the transaction making Roblox’s taxation system bring in more income for Roblox.

So you sell skins for robux and unbox them for robux too??

no??

you’re either being a troll or highly misled

they exchange the skins they get for robux via shirts, game passes, etc, by another person buying them thru the market system in game. not they buy them for robux, I know the difference between being scummy and having a creative idea on to rack a little bit more robux and give to the players as well.
