Is this math correct?

Hello, I am currently working on a game.
It’s like the game “episode”
So basically there are questions asked by npcs and the player gets to reply. Some replies cost 15 diamonds to choose and the replies that cost diamonds, are the most fun.

Now this is my chart of the diamonds and their prices. I just made this without thinking because it’s night time and my scripter wanted me to lol.
Anyways, there should be a daily login system for 1 day 1 diamond, 2 days 2 diamonds and so on…

Would I profit from this? Am I being too generous? I don’t want to be but I also don’t want the player to see my game as a cash grabbing game. But yk… it should be slightly in favor of me

Edit: I forgot to mention that every player gets 50 diamonds from the get go, meaning that if they spend 30 diamonds (every special rely cost 15 diamonds) they’d be left with 10 diamonds which will encourage them more to buy diamonds

For a daily log-in, it varies from game to game. Some (like Bloxburg for example) have a rinse and repeat schedule, restarting every 5 days. Others have a gradual increase each day in the currency. If someone logged onto your game for 1000 consecutive days, you will have lost 700 robux, but let’s be honest here, no one in their right mind, no matter how good the game is would log on that long.

I do see though that for the first two dev products (1 diamond and 15 diamonds), you wouldn’t be making much money, or even any profit over the one Diamond dev product. I would recommend starting with the 50 Diamond dev product, and keep it going from there.

Hope this helped!

Why is 75 diamonds 100, but 50 diamonds 40? That means someone can buy the 50 diamonds product twice and get 100 diamonds for 80 robux. Meanwhile, you can spend 100 robux to get 75 diamonds?

My recommendation is to have more intervals. 75 to 1000 is a pretty big jump, try going 1/15/50/100/300/500/750/1000 and then pricing each at 1/15/40/75/205/340/470/600, respectively. This way, it encourages players to buy higher amounts of diamonds for a cheaper price, thus earning you more money at a time because you won’t have 30% revenue taxed each time someone repurchases to get to the specific amount they want.

I didn’t throughly check the prices in my original answer, I agree with @spiritdragon1000 entirely on the pricing!

You have 40 robux → 50 diamonds and 100 robux → 75 diamonds. That should be 55-60 robux for 75 diamonds.

Also, I think you should make the special replies less expensive, especially since diamonds are hard to get. Maybe 5 diamonds for some and 10 for others.
