Is this monster Idea sufficiently scary?

I have an Idea for an enemy in my Roblox game who is completely silent, hides behind walls when spotted, and forces the player to check their back every so often in order to prevent getting a game-over.

Fail Scenario: Player does not check back

Player wandering, roll dice (1-4, do not spawn, 5-6 Spawn) to spawn entity

–Spawn stalking entity, completely silent, Zero Sound Cues for spawn

Player refuses to check behind them

-Entity initiates Stalk phase, Completely silent and remaining away from sightline of player, hiding behind walls, with only head sticking out.

Player continues ignoring entity and keeping back turned

-entity initiates attack phase, stomping and yelling

Entity is faster than the player, making escape at this point impossible.

-player game-over and entity despawn.

(once the entity reaches its attack phase, it no longer is scared of the player and will not scurry off when spotted, instead charging at the player)

Win Scenario: Player is mindful of back

-entity spawns after dice roll, begins stalking phase

Player turns around and looks directly at entity

-Entity begins panic phase, running behind wall and out of sight of the player. Despawning when sufficiently hidden.

A cooldown of 1-3 minutes will prevent entity from spawning

(The entity will become afraid of the player and activate a sound cue confirming its despawn)

awesome idea, but what about adding unpredictable behavior? so players don’t know its timing. more psychological horror🙏
