You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

I want to make a t-shirt that says "subscribe to [insert channel name]

  1. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!

I’m not sure whether its bannable or not.

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?

I looked for other devforum topics relating to the issue but couldn’t find anything.

After that, you should include more details if you have any. Try to make your topic as descriptive as possible, so that it’s easier for people to help you!

After reading the TOS, from what I read it doesnt mention what you are trying to do, and only says no to links.

So you should be good, but you can always look at the TOS and stuff here:
