Minus the pixelated blood parts on the ground, are the gibs and limbs being cut off considered 13+? And if they are, if the player is able to disable the gore, can the game be set to 9+?

The arms and legs have red parts in them, being flesh. This picture just did not capture them.
I don’t think red on yellow is considered gore. It looks fine.
I am on the fence regarding this possibly being subject to age restriction,
However I can say with near complete certainty that if you made the gibs the same color and material as the skin rather than blood, you should be fine.
