Is this worth it?

I was wondering if it’s worth implementing a luck-based system where players can roll to get a weapon by chance.
Let’s say a player opens a box named “OP WEAPONS”
With the most powerful weapon being 0.001%
and that player somehow gets the powerful weapon while others don’t.
and other weapons being lower.
Is it really worth putting this system in? and will it attract users?
Please note that the currency in game is obtainable 100% by free means and nothing irl is featured.

Well, its basically a loot box

Its fine, you just cant let people purchase currency you can buy that with

Do you think its worth it? Many games have loot boxes, lot of people despise loot boxes , but alot of kids buy them when they see their favorite youtubers spending loads on them

I guess you are right, the only reason i added that type of system is because of a single weapon i found laying around and i decided to make use of it.

Yeah, and that is somewhat good thinking, turning random things into ideas and monetization
