I saw a video of people who made a voice chat game and was wondering how was this possible I think a web hook was made but how could i accomplish this if it was possible? Which I think it is

Possible for 13+ users.
Because of this, users may have a way to communicate with other people. But strictly Roblox prohibits this feature. Overall, voice chat may ruin the user’s experience. Although, it does have a good impact of communication, it has many bad impacts. For instances, imagine a random stranger voice calling you and you accepted it. Then, they communicate aggressively like suicide or force to go to a place that you don’t even know. Your life may be in danger or somebody stalks you.
Another bad impact is scamming. As Roblox may have said many times, they are moderating scam games. Voice chat will possible be likely the same and unsafe for most users. They could potentially give out their roblox password, personal info, etc to someone they don’t know. It wouldn’t make voice chat possible by tons of scams on Roblox like this. I doubt that this may never happen, but possibly happen if Roblox has a very strict policy about using voice chat.

I don’t think it’s possible. A lot of people make meme jokes to trick a lot of Roblox users, so if you saw this being done in a video it’s most likely not real.
From my understanding, you would have to create a live feed of audio and find a way for Roblox studio to pick up other user’s microphones, which doesn’t sound possible to me.
Edit: Not sure what @Avilicity means by it’s possible for 13+ users, it’s possible to link your Discord server to your social media parts of your game, but it’s not possible to have voice calling in game.
Some games have voice boxes, where you click a button and audio plays from it, but it’s prerecorded audio and it’s not voice calling.

It is possible, Youtubers have made videos today about a Famous ROBLOX Hacker or Player who created the First Voice Chat game on ROBLOX That actually works. I think it still works. It no longer works. As, ROBLOX Will Terminate your account and delete the game.

It’s technically possible, but roblox will terminate your game and account likely if you do, since it bypasses moderation. I advise against it.

ROBLOX Doesn’t allow VC at the moment is because you can Swear into the Microphone and everyone can hear you swear. ROBLOX Is a Family Friendly game.

Maybe in the future Roblox will make their voice chat, with a filter but we are not close to that. Rightnow it’s not safe to have any type of voice chat since you can say anything in it. I think I may I know how they did that, its most likely like this:
- Website sends audio file to the bot
- Bot uploads that audio to Roblox
- Bot sends request over to the game
- Game receives all the information including audio id
- Game plays the audio id
However I am sure that they bypass it in some way. However don’t try to make one, it’s against Roblox rules, and your game and account will most likely get banned and deleted.

Yes, if you keep breaking Roblox rules, you of course may get banned on ip.

It’s still possible though, honestly. But I also agree with yours, too. Keep this mind that they can restrict voice calling by one policy. But a highly doubt that they may restrict the use of it if it becomes excessively abused in other ways (scamming, voice-changing, etc.) Also, Roblox could add a “Report voice abuse” feature. This way Roblox still records the on-going conversation and when you report them for abusing this power, they wouldn’t have access to voice calling anymore. Like on games that has voice chat enabled; as users may want to communicate and report one of their teammates if they excessively abuse it in such harmful way.

They can and will. Don’t use someone else’s wrongs as justification for doing this. Moderation is done case-by-case. There is -1 reason (notice the negative, that means even less reason) to add a voice chat since absolutely no game is fit for this. Also angry parents whose kids lied about their age is going to use the voice chat, then Roblox is gonna get on the news again, then we are gonna have a ton of drama again, yeahhhh I think Roblox would prefer you didn’t thanks.

Today Roblox VC Test was published on roblox, this game was developed by serveral people included tubers93 which is a famous exploiter for participating in the early 2020 Meepcity hack
once you enter this game, it request you to go to a page , enter the code that the game gives you and start recording, when you recorded your audio it sends it to the game, sadly the game was shutdown by the owner, due to the page being down

No, they certainly did get banned, and even if we want to take one of the most lenient punishments possible, a suspension for some extended period of time, you can’t compare yourself to someone else and justify rule breaking behavior by stating “well this person did it and didn’t get banned therefore it is allowed”.
To reply to your other post as well, this is not little compared to “condos and robux scams that they don’t fix”. For one thing, ROBLOX also consistently takes down inappropriate games like the condos and robux scams that you mentioned, and so do games with voice chat. Why? Because it is impossible to moderate and paves the way for EVEN MORE inappropriate content.
Lets take a very basic scenario: someone joins a game with a VC (full of children) and starts repeating expletives, then what?
It is a safeguard to protect against scenarios like the one I mentioned and as such you can and most likely will get banned for it; it simply isn’t worth the risk.
