:IsInGroup & :GetRankInGroup failing - Error parsing result: Invalid info for group

For select players in my experience, when I try to get their rank, I get an error.

This has been happening since about yesterday for them. I cannot replicate this bug, nor do I know what causes it.

I get this error too on my account, glad I’m not the only one experiencing this.

The same thing’s happening in all of my games right now, most of them rely extensively on group ranks.

I am also experiencing this issue, which is causing me to lose my mind. I am unable to load the games on which I am currently working.

This is an example of the issue I am experiencing with certain other games when I join. What is peculiar is that gamepasses are also being impacted for some unknown reason. For instance, in the game Pacifico 2 Playground Town, I have nearly every gamepass available. However, when I join the game, the car menu fails to load because the console is experiencing the same issue with the parsing result of the gamepasses.

I’m encountering the same issue for several clients in the game Unnatural Disasters.
Roblox UserId 1445687927 seems to not be able to make any :GetRankInGroup() API requests, and I have had to make an if statement to make an exception for them in the rank check.

If this issue persists I will be contacting Roblox Support, I hope they can come up with a fast fix because this is affecting several players.

I appreciate you verifying this. I suppose I’m not the only one experiencing this, but it occurs not just with your game but also with games that depend on Roblox groups, like SCP Demonstration

The issue seems to have fixed for my account now, I no longer get the error in Roblox games. So they might be rolling out a fix now.

In fact, it has been verified. The problem has been fixed at last, and I’m no longer receiving errors.

Could we get an estimate on the fix time? Due to the issue impacting most of our active players, our group has had to hold events for the past four days.
