Have you had any updates on this yet? Over the past 2 hours one of our games has vanished from the Experience search results completely. Keen to know how or if you got this fixed
No, all of my games have vanished, I mailing support a couple of times but only managed to get a ticket open for this one.
My new game had concurrent players all day yesterday. Retention stats were high. I’d spent thousands advertising it. This morning it’s been deleted same as all my other games.
The experience now appears at the top of search results for the query. Please bear in mind that our ranking system is dynamic and changes in response to user behavior.
Your comment does not explain why the search results do not match the search terms. If you enter multiple search terms, ie “poop simulator” the algorithm does not return results based upon the all terms first. It seemingly ‘weights’ the word “simulator” preferentially rather than the full term.
Our game has featured in YT vids by Sketch, has excellent CVR rates but has become incredibly difficult to find despite constant players and ~3M visits.
I am unable to create a separate topic in Website Bugs to address the issue with our Poop Simulator game as for whatever reason I am unable to create any topics in the Bug Reports section.
No, we can’t file a feature request. You closed feature requests and bug reports to members and locked down the regular rank to invitation-only, four years ago.
