Island Resort | Ranks & Descriptions
  • [1] Resort Member
    Resort Members are valued customers of Island Resort.

  • [2] Honored Resorter
    Honored Resorters are PREMIUM customers of Island Resort. They gain special perks in game and in the Discord.

  • [3] Awaiting Training
    Awaiting Training (Trainees) are people who have been accepted through our acceptance system.
    We do accept staff members with safe chat. However, safe chatters will not be able to become [7] Senior Employee.

  • [4] Receptionist
    One of the ranks that Trainees can train to become. Receptionists man the front desks, booking in rooms for people. Receptionists gain points when booking people. Once a certain amount of points the Receptionist has gained, they will be promoted to [7] Senior Employee.

  • [5] Housekeeper
    One of the ranks that Trainees can train to become. Housekeepers clean around the hotel, and will clean different messes. Housekeepers gain points when cleaning up mess. Once a certain amount of points the Housekeeper has gained, they will be promoted to [7] Senior Employee.

  • [6] Security
    One of the ranks that Trainees can train to become. Security take care of the hotel, and filtering out trollers in-game. Security gain points when they take care of an incident. [9] Assistant Managers+ can award points to Security for certain incidents that can’t be recorded through scripting.

  • [7] Senior Employee
    Senior Employees are Receptionists / Housekeepers that have worked there way for this rank. After hours put into work, they are promoted to Senior Employee rank. Senior Employees are senior staff members within Island Resort. They look out for Receptionists and Housekeepers. They have access to a Discord Bot in-game, which will send a message @'ing people with admin in case of an emergency.

Senior Employees must go through a 1 month internship for the management system ([8] Staff Assistant+).

MANAGEMENT

  • [8] Staff Assistant
    Staff Assistants are the first management positions within the Management Team. Staff Assistants are expected to be active, and to support lower ranking members. Staff Assistants+ gain Moderation powers. Staff Assistants MUST be noticed by [10] Shift Manager+, and must ATLEAST be a Staff Assistant for 1 month, 15 days in order to have minimum requirement of a promotion to [9] Assistant Manager.

  • [9] Assistant Manager
    Assistant Managers are the second management positions within the Management Team. Assistant Managers assist higher management members in their daily tasks while running the Resort. Assistant Managers MUST be noticed by a [11] General Manager+ to get promoted to [10] Shift Manager.

  • [10] Shift Manager
    Shift Managers are the third and highest management position within the Management Team. Shift Managers host shifts within the Resort. Shift Managers+ gain Administrative powers. Shift Managers can ONLY be promoted by being noticed by Senior Management ( [11] General Manager+)

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

  • [11] General Manager
    General Manager is the first position within Senior Management. General Managers are to occasionally check on the Resort, handle with employment of lower ranks, etc. General Managers can only be promoted by [12] Board Of Directors.

  • [12] Board Of Directors
    Board Of Directors are individuals who have been selected from the Senior Management to help take a leading role in Island Resort. These individuals attend meetings every week, changing decisions within the company, and recommending new individuals to be put forward for Senior Management, and Management positions. These are very important individuals, and only the best shall be picked.
    The ONLY position that can pick Directors are [13] Corporate Officer+.

  • [13] Corporate Officer
    Corporate Officers are the seniors of [12] Board Of Directors. Corporate Officers pick their own
    Directors for the board, so that they can train them and can possibly become legible for a corporate office position. Corporate Officers can be promoted ONLY by [-] Vice President+

  • [-] Vice President
    Vice Presidents are positions picked by Senior Vice Presidents and the Owner of the company. Vice Presidents, like Corporate Officers and Board Of Directors, control certain branches of the company. Vice Presidents can ONLY be promoted by [-] Senior Vice President.

  • [-] Senior Vice President
    Senior Vice Presidents are individuals picked by the owner of the company to help them in their daily tasks. Senior Vice Presidents hosts corporate meetings, and make a lot of hard decisions which effect the company greatly.

  • [-] President
    The President is the Owner of Island Resort. This rank cannot be attained in any way, shape, or form.

Island Resort | Internship System

This is the Internship System. The Internship System is used for Senior Employees to become Management. This Internship System was well thought-out, so that only the best of employees can become Management.

First of all, Senior Employees are informed on the internship program. Below are the steps of what happens during the program.

Senior Employees are to attend a voice interview with a General Manager. The General Manager will ask you multiple questions appropriate with becoming Management. Each question there will be a time limit of 1 minute, 30 seconds. The General Manager can determine whether your answer was correct. If you have had past intrusions / bad experiences with the General Manager, or you think your General Manager is being unfair, please contact a Board Of Directors member. In no way, shape, or form will your voice be disclosed without permission or sent to anyone via Discord DMs. If it has, contact a Board Of Directors member immediately.

Once the Senior Employee has concluded the interview, you will receive a response 48 hours following the interview, addressing your results. If you have failed, well done for trying. You will have to retry next month. If you have passed, you will proceed onto the next phase of the internship.

Next, the Senior Employees will be linked to the Training Center. You will be trained under your General Manager that interviewed you. You will be put through different tasks linking to how Management perform their daily tasks, and how to handle certain situations.

Once you have been trained, you will then, until the same day you were interviewed next month, go onto the bakery and act as a management. Man the reception, do the housekeeping, or enforce as a security IF you have too. Play the leading role, help others, act responsible and professional. You will be announced of your completion, with a personal note from your General Manager.
