I’ve been working on a pretty large game for a while now, for a few months i’d guess. Suddenly, I seem to be having an issue with publishing the same way I always do by clicking file ‘Publish to Roblox As’ and trying to overwrite the current game. The publish UI seems to function in the same manner, but if I were to actually play the game, none of the changes appear to be made. I’ve tried to upload the game to a different place but that seems to also not work.
The game is an extremely large map, roughly 15k by 15k studs of smooth terrain. There are many complex models involved, and large forested areas with many mesh tree models, and other types of vegetation. I’ve worked on it for months. It would be very frustrating if I can’t figure out a way to publish the game for the clients I am constructing it for. I’ve never made a map as large and as detailed as this one is, but I’m sure some roblox games have in the past.
I was wondering if anyone knows a way to fix this, whether that be through some other way I’d have to publish it, or through some kind of grouping and organization method to reduce parts and models in workspace, or anything of that nature.
