On Monday, January 13, I attempted to test an experience on Roblox. However, when I clicked the link to access the experience, I was redirected to a 404 error page on Roblox. (https://www.roblox.com/request-error?code=404)

Initially, I believed this issue was specific to me. However, I have since seen multiple reports from other users experiencing the same problem. Here are the steps I have taken to troubleshoot this issue, none of which have resolved it:
- Tried accessing the experience on different devices (two PCs and a mobile phone).
- Used different platforms: Google Chrome, Firefox, the Roblox app on PC, and the Roblox app on mobile.
- Switched between different routers and Wi-Fi networks.
- Tried logging in with different Roblox accounts.
- Cleared all browser and app cache.
- Disabled all browser extensions.
- Confirmed that my Content Maturity Level is set to “Restricted.”
- Verified that no parent account is linked to my Roblox account, as I am 19 years old and have full account control.

As of today, January 19, I encountered this issue with these two experiences:
- Surge [AI UPDATES] - Roblox (shown in the video)
- [FPS] Evade Protocol - Roblox
This not only happens when you get redirected from a community to an experience, but also when you just try to to paste the link into your browser.

Expected behavior
If everything should work like normal, I would be able to open the experience website page and play the game. Instead, I’m getting a 404 error page.
