icons and thumbnails that are already approved goes to pending now than start to have load issue, i attached below screenshots of the issue.

Hello, it is happening with any place i try to upload icon and thumbnail, the loading issue seem to be fixed now, but all the previous approved images now goes to pending for the first time.
Does the image stay pending or does it eventually get approved?
the image will eventually get approved after few minutes, before the approved images didn’t have to go to pending.
This is due to us changing how images are transcoded during upload. Newly uploaded images will need to be reviewed by moderation again, so a few minute wait is expected.
