Did you e mail Roblox support?
I am a person who develops the game with Etienne_MR, indeed we sent many requests to Roblox, but never precision on the nature of the problem, we know only “the word” posing problem, however, even after having removed it from the visual of the client (textlabel, textbox etc. …) the answer of the support is always the same
Roblox will ignore if too many requests are sent for the same thing.
